Jupiter & Saturn in Aquarius – 21st December 2020

This year is being so far a huge rollercoaster emotionally, physically and spiritually. Each one of us has experienced loss in some sort of way, and seems like things are definitely changing, perhaps for the best, but before we reap we need to sow and before we heal we need to hurt.

On the 21st December 2020 we will experience the beginning of The Great Conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius. (social Planets), the last Great Conjunction happened in 2000, so we are definitely on the beginning of a big shifting change Why?

The energy and impact of this conjuction is amplified because it falls on 0’ degrees Aquarius, both forming 00’ which is powerful number that represents new beginnings and also associated with the card Fool of the Tarot – stepping into a new adventure, new zone, full of enthusiasm and wonder. Aquarius is highly individualistic, intellectual and humanitarian by nature, he’s a rebel and he wants to bring social changes and equality and above all FREEDOM in all senses, both physically and mentally and intellectually. Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions happen every 20 years; the last one was in the year 2000. But these conjunctions aren’t all created equal. The 2020 great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn will be the closest since 1623 and the closest observable since 1226! 2020’s extra-close Jupiter-Saturn conjunction won’t be matched again until the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction of March 15, 2080.

We are socially shifting from the dense, materialism, ambitious and body obsessed Earth element sign influence towards a more intellectual and sociable (Air element sign) Mind not everyone will progress in the same level, some will take longer to adapt to this changes, also Pluto is still digging and working in Capricorn for a few more years, he wants to to demolish and totally transform old establishments and traditions, dig out the poison and expose all darkness of the society we are living today – Once we are exposed to all corruptions and inequality we can start transforming and moving into a new society, with more awareness and individuality (Aquarius).

The Great Conjunction means a completely new shift and beginning. Saturn represents traditions, responsibility, seriousess, caution & limitation, he induces rules, respect and authority, Jupiter on the other hand is the great benefit, representing wealth, expansion, positivity, faith and spirituality.

When this two masters join forces in Aquarius to form a special collaboration, we will experience a irrevocable change in our society. Politics and religion will start shifting towards progression, new ideas, leaving behind old structures (this will slowly start to collapse, to give space for the new and innovative)

The old is outlived, we need a new fresh society, with a open approach and ideas regarding climate change, awareness and respect for our fellow humans and community, this is Aquarius, the humanitarian, the innovator, the open minded spirit looking for equality and fair trade negotiations.

Aquarius also loves freedom and individuality, everyone should be treated with dignity and respect, independently of their gender, skin color, sex preference or social class, everyone has the right to have a decent and respectful life and to be respected as an unique individual.

The 21st of December marks a new fresh beginning not only for the society but also for us as individuals, this is a wonderful time to set new goals, to release old habits that no longer serves us in our progress, if you aren’t open to change or resisting it (Earth signs), this can be a difficult transition, but if you are willing to embrace the new with an open mind, ideas and progress, you will benefit from this historical transit too. It’s about building a new society with hope, expansion, positivity (Jupiter) and at same time with responsibility, structure, hard work and commitment (Saturn)

Aquarius will give us a focus towards the collective, and a more community-based approach.
