Menopause Warriors offers a transformational holistic approach to supporting women who are navigating peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause. My aim as a facilitator is to create a safe haven for women to come together, share their experiences, and receive energetic support in coping with the challenging symptoms that can go with this stage of life. From stress and mood swings to anxiety and depression, we understand the significant impact these symptoms can have and these small & intimate circles are dedicated to providing a nurturing and transformational experience at many levels.

“It was so beautiful to be held in a loving space where I was able to share my feelings around my menopause journey and receive great support.
What a relief!”

Ritual and celebration: Women’s circles will incorporate rituals and ceremonies to honor and celebrate menopause as a natural and sacred phase of life, helping women embrace this transition with positivity, reverence, and self-compassion.
